Yesterday marked a very special day in the Diocese of Ossory as Bishop Ger Nash was installed as our new Bishop in St Mary’s Cathedral.
A big thank you to our students Brian Tierney, Donnacha Kenny, Jack Healy and Logan Nicholas who played an important role on the day, helping to prepare the cathedral, welcoming guests and distributing booklets to those attending the ceremony.
Patrick McDonnell, Cian Ormond, Evan Kwong also attended on the day, representing the Ossory Lourdes Pilgrimage volunteers.
All students showed great courtesy, maturity and commitment on such a significant occasion.
Congratulations and every good wish to our new Bishop as he begins his ministry. We look forward to welcoming you back into CBC Kilkenny in the year ahead 🙏
