Today, our school community was incredibly proud to present Cystic Fibrosis Ireland with a cheque for €1,500 following the huge success of our recent Lá Glas fundraiser. This fantastic total was made possible through the generosity and support of our students, staff and wider school community.
A special thank you must once again go to TY1 for organising a brilliant Cyclothon which helped raise awareness for cystic fibrosis while bringing great energy and enthusiasm to the day. We also extend our thanks to all the teachers who took part, and to every student and staff member who contributed to the non-uniform day and fundraising activities.
We are extremely proud of what our school community has achieved together. The money raised will make a meaningful difference to individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis across Ireland and reflects the compassion, kindness and community spirit that is so important within our school.
